Contextual background: CARNet (Croatian Academic and Research Network) has started the E-schools project (E-schools: establishment of a system for the development of digitally mature schools) aimed at raising the digital competencies of Croatian schools. It will enable digitally competent and research inclined students, eager to gain new knowledge and adjusted to the demand of modern education and the European labour market. 150 primary and secondary digitally mature schools around the country were selected and are now part of this pilot. CARNet has advertised a public procurement procedure for the above services aimed at these pilot schools. This project is one part of the wider educational reform which has already started (includes curricula reform, CPD, licensing of school directors).

• The Call is open for subjects not registered in Croatia.

• Proof on not being prosecuted will need to be submitted (ESPD form)

• The bidder needs to submit the following: list of main services, statement on key experts, educational and expert qualifications of service providers

• Statement on non-key experts

• Required qualifications for all experts are listed

• Offers will be submitted electronically (e-offer)

• Criteria: quote (40%), key experts (60%)

• Guarantees are required

• Target group: teachers (STEM), headmasters, administrative staff in schools participating in E-schools project
