The British Council seeks to engage experts with experience in technology transfer and commercialisation in the UK who will share their knowledge and expertise in crafting a policy framework in the Philippines. This project is supported by the Department of Science, Innovation and Technology's International Science Partnerships Fund (ISPF).

The particular activities expected to be facilitated by the experts are the following:

• Formulation of the policy framework.
• Conducting a conference/consultation to validate the crafted policy framework.

The framework to be developed will be used to ensure uniformity in processes and procedures in technology transfer and commercialization initiatives with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and its research institutions.
