British Council Azerbaijan is looking for a UK expert to present and lead a workshop at our symposium: Higher Education and Economic Development: Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Financial Sustainability of Universities. The event will take place on Monday 30 October 2017.

We are working together with the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan to organise a one day symposium for higher education leaders. The aim of the event will be to discuss the impact of higher education on the economic development of the country through developing and supporting entrepreneurship and innovation.

The day will include discussion on the following areas:

•practical skills in innovation management
•strategies for establishing entrepreneurial universities
•diverse models of funding for universities
