The British Council Azerbaijan is looking for a qualified consultant to lead on policy-oriented work on a pilot project for a national English Language Strategy in General Education in Azerbaijan.

The successful consultant will work with national education stakeholders and with the support of a local coordinator to prepare a national English language strategy. They will provide effective guidance of the strategy working group and support to the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan to pilot a national English Language Strategy in General Education.
