Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) is organizing the 11^th FICCI Higher Education Summit 2015, a two day Global Conference, on November 3 & 4 at FICCI, Federation House, New Delhi.

The theme of this year’s Conference “Transforming Higher Education: The Asian Imperative” is very much in line with the current government’s focus on aligning India’s development with the growth of Asia. The Summit would provide a platform for deliberations of best practices and knowledge sharing regarding higher education policies & strategies to boost this growth. There will also be discussions around other key issues, viz, research partnerships, entrepreneurship development, student and faculty mobility, disruptive technologies to new learning outcomes etc. to address opportunities and challenges of 21^st century.

FICCI had developed Vision 2030 for Higher Education in 2013 which has been well received by the stakeholders. This year’s Summit will focus on taking this Vision to the states.
