Wuhan invested RMB 5 billion in shortfalls of basic education
Wuhan invested RMB 5 billion in "five major projects" to offset shortfalls in basic education, including the construction of excellent senior high schools, standardization of junior high schools, rural boarding schools, establishment of primary and secondary schools and public-funded kindergartens.
