Vietnam National Assembly discusses draft law on higher education
National Assembly deputies discussed a draft law on higher education which covers a standard educational system, organisational structure, autonomous rights. The focus was also put on socialised education and finance, university assets, education quality control and international education co-operation.
It was also said that 100 per cent foreign invested institutions should have autonomy and the disclosure of assessment results should be made compulsory, reports Vietnamnet
