Vietnam’s Workforce Needs New Skills for A Continued Economic Modernization

The Vietnam Development Report 2014 identified that cognitive, behavioural and technical skills are required for the Vietnamese workers to meet changing demands of employers.  The report urges the government to take actions now, as changes in education and training can take a generation to result in a workforce equipped with the right skills, reported The World Bank.
