The Hechinger Report conducted a one-of-a-kind analysis of graduation rate by school districts in the United States. Since 2011, the national graduation rate for the US rose from 79 per cent to 81 percent in 2013.  However, due to the US's vastness and decentralized system, graduation rate will be different between states and even within state.
