Universities race to hire instructors with PhDs
Universities in Vietnam are racing to recruit permanent lecturers with doctorates to avoid an enrolment ban by the Ministry of Education and Training, with many offering cash and other benefits, including the right to become the co-owners of the institutions, to prospective candidates, reports Tuoitre News.
