University Grants Commission Distant Education Bureau has recognised seven Indian HEIs who can provide full online courses. They have also listed down the specific programmes which these HEIs can conduct courses on. Please find list of HEIs and programmes here.

Do also note that there are many conditions to be fulfilled for institutions to be able to offer these courses, so do keep following this space for more updates as this may not be a quick fix to the current situation.
