The third China-foreign cooperation university located in Haikou
On 8 August, the University of London, South China University of Technology (SCUT) and Mission Hills Group signed an agreement in Haikou, Hainan. A China-foreign cooperation university will be established in Haikou. Construction will be finished in three years. It plans to enroll 8,000 students. Reports hkwb.net
