TESDA, the Philippine government agency overseeing TVET, endorses ladderized interface between TVET and higher education
A legislation that will enable a formulation of a unified qualification framework leading to ladderised education is currently pending at the upper house of Congress or the Senate. Former Congressman and current TESDA Director General Joel Villanueva is calling for the passage of House Bill 4255.
