People applying for overseas education depend on word-of-mouth promotions when selecting examination training organizations and overseas education agents. About 60.5 per cent of respondents know about overseas education organizations through a recommendation from their family members or friends and 58.6 per cent of respondents are willing to trust comments on the Internet. What's more, 49 per cent of respondents think recommendations by famous international overseas education platforms are trustworthy. Only 14 of nearly 1,000 overseas education agents in Guangzhou have related qualifications.
