Statistical report on China's education expenditure in 2013
China's Ministry of Education, National Bureau of Statistics and Ministry of Finance have produced a statistical report on China's 2013 education expenditure by sector and province. China's total education expenditure in 2013 was RMB 3.04 Tn, up 9.6% from RMB 2.77 Tn in 2012. Government spending on education was RMB 2.45 Tn, accounting for 4.3% of GDP and up 10.1% from RMB 2.22 Tn in 2012. More detailed breakdowns are available in the linked report (in Chinese).
