Speech of Liu Xiaoming at the opening ceremony of 40th anniversary forum of Sino-British student exchange
Over the past 40 years, 450,000 Chinese people have studied in the UK and 35,000 British people have studied in China. Among the presidents of famous colleges and universities in China, 13 of them are scholars returning from the UK. Liu Xiaoming, China's Ambassador to Britain, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the 40th anniversary forum of Sino-British student exchanges.
