Sichuan first to carry out free secondary vocational education
Since this autumn, Sichuan province has carried out free secondary vocational education and has adjusted the coverage of national financial aid. All tuition that has been collected will be refunded before the end of this year. About one million secondary vocational school students have benefitted from this new policy, reports Gmw.cn
