Shanghai education authorities have listed 15 college majors, which have seen low enrollment rates and low employment rates in the city for years. The majors include Japanese, information management and information systems, business administration, arts design, marketing, logistics management, administrative management, public management, electronic and information engineering, environmental engineering, information and computer science, advertising, e-commerce, social work and transportation, according to the statement released by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission on 22 April.
