The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Jordan has recently announced in partnership with the Hungarian Embassy in Amman about new full and partial scholarships offered to Jordanian students for the year 2017\18. The scholarships are covering different HE degrees: Bachelor, Master, and PhD.

The scholarships cover the tuition fees, accommodation, insurance, in addition to monthly pocket money varies according to the degree. Moreover, the student has to complete an obligatory year of preparatory Hungarian language course if the study programme is being taught in Hungarian, otherwise, if the study programme is being taught in English there is no obligation to complete the preparatory language year.
