Scholarship budget up $4 million

The proposed Ministry of Education budget for scholarships and student allowances has been increased by $4 million in the 2014/2015 fiscal year. The government has also reserved $6 million to train teachers and educators in implementing the national education system under the Teachers' Development Scheme. Reported by The Brunei Times
