Registration module for Indian students abroad

The Ministry of External Affairs released a portal for Indian students studying abroad. Currently, there is no system to capture the details of the Indian students who fly out of the country to study abroad.  Sushma Swaraj, Minister of External Affairs tweeted out the link last week and has requested all the students to register on the website madad.gov.in.

The minister said that with this portal, the Government will be able to reach out to the students in case of emergency. The portal also allows students to register grievances related to consular services offered by Indian posts abroad. The ministry will be able to track the grievances with the portal. So far there have been 6,135 registrations by the students. Please feel free to cascade this information to the Indian students studying at your institution.
