The Product Lifecycle Management Competency Centre (PLMCC) has been set up in partnership between the France-based Dassault Systemes, the French Ministry of Education’s Bureau of European and International Cooperation and University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH). 

The Centre offers training courses at undergraduate and master levels.  The output of the Undergraduate programmes will be Diplomas recognised by the Ministry of Education of Vietnam, for which Dassault Systemes will manage to obtain international recognition.  The student recruitment for the Master programmes will strictly follow the French criteria to ensure 85-90 percent of each batch of students complete the course.  The Centre will also offer full-time students additional three or four month English training courses annually.  Graduates are expected to be both English and French proficient.
