According to a survey conducted by zhaopin.com, more than 70 per cent of Chinese enterprises won't give recruitment priority to Chinese overseas returnees. A total of 10,648 people were involved in the survey. 88.66 per cent of them are Chinese overseas returnees. The survey shows that nearly 70 per cent of Chinese overseas returnees hope to find a job with a monthly salary of RMB 3,000 to RMB 8,000. Only 47.69 per cent of surveyed overseas returnees have prepared to find jobs and have clear career plans.
