Nearly 40 per cent of university graduates do jobs that have nothing to do with their university degree
Sept 13, the 2012 China HR Forum took place in Shanghai. A blue paper for China's HR development was published. According to the forum, nearly 40 per cent of university graduates are doing jobs that have nothing to do with the subject that they studied at university. The problem of unemployment resulting from an excessive supply of graduates of certain subjects is increasingly noticeable, reports Eastday
