The China International Education Exhibition Tour 2014 (CIEET 2014) will be held in Beijing next weekend on the 15 and 16 March. Over 400 colleges and universities from more than 20 countries and regions will attend the fair. According to the Ministry of Education, 413,900 Chinese students went abroad for education in 2013. The UK presented 62,000 visas to Chinese students in 2013, up 9 percent from 2012. The number of Chinese students in the Netherlands in 2013 was 6,380, a 10 percent increase from 2012. From July 2012 to June 2013, Australia approved 27,000 visas to Chinese students, 22 percent more than the previous period.
