MOF and MOE issue circular on management measures for scholarships for postgraduates
On 29 July, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Ministry of Education (MOE) issued a circular on management measures for scholarships for postgraduates. Starting in the autumn semester of 2014, scholarships for postgraduates will be RMB10,000 annually for each student studying for a doctorate degree and RMB8,000 annually for each student studying for a master's degree.
