Ministry of Higher Education grants 271 scholarships in Oman
Abdulmonaim bin Ahmed al Maamari, director of the internal scholarship department, said that the students had applied for aid online in March 2012. “We have now been able to accommodate these students as some of last year's grantees withdrew or failed to enrol on time. Thus we had some leftover funds.” Reported Muscat Daily
