Middle schools and primary schools are banned from organising profitable overseas learning trips
On 18 July, Beijing Municipal Education Commission issued a circular on study tour programme. Primary and middle schools in Beijing are banned from organizing overseas study tour for profit. All outbound study tour programmes must get approval from district education commission or foreign affairs department six months before departure. Reports morningpost.com.cn
