The Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013-2025 was launched by Datuk Seri Najib Razak, the Prime Minister of Malaysia on 11 Sept 2012.

The blueprint focuses on 6 student attributes, which are Knowledge, Thinking Skills, Leadership, Bilingual Proficiency, Ethics and National Identity. 11 areas of reform were outlined and these will be implemented in 3 waves, 2012 – 2015 being the first, 2016 – 2020 the second and 2021 – 2025 the third wave.
