Kuwaiti panel develops youth care strategy
Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Al-Sabah said yesterday the high consultative committee of the Ministry has set out a comprehensive strategy for caring for the youths. He promised that the ministry will offer all necessary resources for the implementation of the strategy and fostering the skills of the youths, noting that care for the youths is not only a government responsibility but a responsibility for families and society at large.
