Ministry of Education announced 10 selective universities in Korea that will offer MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) raging from economics, literature, Oriental studies, quantum mechanics, and architecture to genetics. Ministry of Education will invest a total of 1 billion KRW and each university plans to invest 2 bilion KRW.
