i-kad for International Students in Malaysia
The International Students Card (i-kad) was launched by the Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, as one of the efforts to improve the management of foreign students in Malaysia.
Starting July 1, i-kad will be issued by the Immigration Department through Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS). The card will also be used as a valid travel document for international students in Peninsular Malaysia.
