Horizontal credit transfer now an option for Malaysians studying abroad
The Ministry of Higher Education has decided to allow horizontal credit transfer to enable Malaysian students abroad who may be facing financial difficulties to apply to continue their studies in private higher education institutions in Malaysia. This is in response to calls from concerned parents who are affected by the weakening ringgit and the current economic impact.
