Goal of 4 per cent of education expenditures reached

Wu Guosheng, director of the Department of Finance at the Ministry of Education, published an article that pointed out that China's education expenditures in 2012 were about RMB 2.2 trillion, accounting for 4 per cent of the GDP. Education expenditures should be allocated and used reasonably. Scientific management of education expenditures should be enhanced.
