First boys only classes start in Shanghai
A school in Shanghai has started an experiment with boys-only classes, there has been a high demand from parents to get their children into these classes and there have been many more applications than places available.
Reports suggest that although there is high demand, most parents want to wait and see how the classes impact the male students; also many parents still suggest that a single-sex school environment may not be good for their children in the long term.
