Final year school board exams in India postponed due to COVID-19

Further to the notification to postpone board exams till 31 March 2020 due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has recently announced that currently this is a difficult situation to decide new exam dates for a few remaining exams, and they are assessing the situation and will give a notice of approximately 10 days to students and other stakeholders before conducting the remaining board exams. Only major subjects will be tested and that list can be found in the link below.

Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) have warned against fake news reports regarding the final year exams and have clarified that they have neither cancelled nor given dates for rescheduling yet, since the last announcement of postponing exams for 10 and 12 standards till 31 March.
