English proficiency roadmap to be ready in April 2014
Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced that one of the main focuses of the education ministry this year is to improve the proficiency of English teachers. In line with this, the ministry will produce an English proficiency roadmap in April 2014.
