The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST) and the National Research Foundation (NRF) announced the enforcement of “the International Education Quality Assurance System (IEQAS) 2012 for the Undergraduate Courses” on September 6 2012.

The IEQAS was introduced in 2011 to help support international students’ studying in Korea without difficulties of maladjustment or dropout by enhancing Korean universities’ educational responsibility, reports University System Advancement Division, The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST)
