28 September, the educational planning and strategic research center of National Institute of Education Sciences has been set up. Vice Minister of Education Lu Xin attended the conference and delivered a speech. The Ministry of Education has set up the research centers of educational science decision-making in six universities in the past year. The National Institute of Education Sciences carries out educational decision-making and consulting research. The educational planning and strategic research center will allow the National Institute of Education Sciences' to develop further and take on a leading role in educational science and research field, reports Moe.edu.cn
