Education spending gap widens between rich and poor

A local civic group called "World Without Worries" reported that the education spending gap is widening between rich and poor by citing data from Statistics Korea.
According to the data, the top 10 percent income earners monthly spend was 368,700 KRW per household in the third quarter of 2014 while the bottom 10 percent spent 22,200 KRW.
