Market news: China’s Ministry of Education announces measures allowing domestic TNE partnerships to recruit students who had planned to study abroad

The China Ministry of Education recently released an announcement allowing and encouraging universities operating transnational education programmes to recruit students whose overseas study plans may have been impacted due to the pandemic.
