Competitive advantage of returnees decreases due to increasing number of returnees to China
A lot of students go abroad to increase their competitiveness in terms of employment. However, the current situation is cruel. The annual wage of a returnee is less than RMB40,000. The number of returnees was 272,900 in 2012, up 46.57% from 2011. Lin Xi, president of the China Youth Returnee Association, provides suggestions to students who are studying overseas.
