Chinese students boost US economy
In November 2011 the amount of Chinese students studying in the US reached 158,000. The increase highlights the policy changes the US has made to encourage more Chinese and international students to study there. With Chinese students funding coming mostly from outside the US and the average student spending 1 million RMB during a four year course this suggests the US will continue to encourage more international students to study in the US.
