China will research adoption of multiple English tests for Gaokao in 2013
National college entrance examinations (Gaokao) might implement a multiple English test system, according to the Ministry of Education. Aside from the tests, the document defines four areas of reform. They are talent development, school management, education management and incentive mechanisms.
