China, Europe cooperate to promote training of senior engineering employees
1 September, the third "China-Europe seminar on engineering education" was held in Harbin. Representatives from 18 Chinese universities and eight European universities participated in the seminar. They signed a cooperation agreement on engineering education and the Harbin Roadmap, reports Xinhuanet
