Central Vietnam province to spend $8.4 mln on English teaching
English 2020 Project is part of the Government’s initiative to raise the English level of Vietnamese students to international standard. The project deploys English language learning throughout the general education system. A number of schools in key cities like Hanoi and HCMC have embarked on this project. Now there are more from the Central provinces, according to Tuoi tre newspaper.
