According to the Ministry of Education, Beijing has got five new China-foreign education joint programmes approved in 2013. The total number of China-foreign education joint programmes in Beijing has reached 77. The five new programmes are, Renmin University of China and Queen's University of Canada, Communication University of China and the New York Institute of Technology, Beijing Technology and Business University and the University College Cork of Ireland, Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) and Woosong University of South Korea, and Beijing City University (BCU) and the University of Warwick.
