49 new programmes to be offered by polytechnics in Malaysia

In an effort to increase the number of skilled workers in Malaysia, contributing towards manpower needs in the country, 49 new programmes will be introduced in polytechnics nationwide over the next four years. This is to in line with Malaysia's aim to reach 680,000 skilled workers by 2020.
