Employment environment in second- and third-tier cities better than that in first-tier cities; it's obvious that college students are finding jobs in their hometowns

According to a survey from zhaopin.com, some second- and third-tier cities are more attractive for this year's college graduates. Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, and Xi'an are the top 10 cities where 2012's college graduates want to work. Compared with 2011's data, they are no longer interested in the first-tier cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Chengdu moves in to this "first group" and even surpasses Shenzhen. 21,997 2012 college graduates took part in the survey.
