According to the "report for China's human resources development (2011-2012)," at present, China's labour market has two major problems. First, the structural employment contradiction is prominent and it is harder for college students to find jobs. Second, the labour market's protection is unfair. Irregular employment is still a serious problem. So, the key to resolve college students' difficulties in finding jobs is to build a long-term mechanism for college students' employment problems.
